Zeeshan Sabri · Clarifier

The questions began before the method had a name.

My experience of displacement, rebuilding and working across cultures shaped how I listen, what I notice and why I begin with understanding.

Why I work this way

A person carries more than the visible problem.

My family’s evacuation from Kuwait during the Gulf War is part of the story recorded in From Exile to Transformation. Rebuilding a life made questions of identity, dignity and continuity personal long before they became professional concerns.

Later, work in enterprise environments and across the Gulf brought those questions into organisations. A process can appear clear on paper while the people responsible for it hold different understandings of what is expected, what is possible and who decides.

My practice begins by listening to those accounts. I want to understand what people have already observed and tried before introducing another question, distinction or structure.

Before attempting to change the outcome, understand the reality producing it.
